Appointments We will always do our best to accommodate your requests, but we highly recommend you make a reservation in advance (up to two weeks) for any of our services. You must be 18 years or older to make an appointment for any service. Due to limited availability, we require a $25 deposit to book your appointment. At the time of service/checkout, this deposit will be applied to your total session price and will be deducted. This deposit does not apply to individuals with active packages. You may email us or visit our web page to schedule an appointment. A representative from Vanity Esteem will contact you to confirm your appointment.
Arrivals and Check-In
1. Timeliness
Arrival Time: Please plan to arrive at your appointment on time. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session to ensure that the next guest is not delayed.
Full Appointment Charge: If you arrive late, you will still be charged for the full appointment duration.
2. Potential Delays
Unforeseen Issues: Please be aware that colon hydrotherapy may occasionally require extra time due to unforeseen issues or additional clean-up. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such instances.
Please Check-in at the front desk. If it is your first visit or we have not seen you in a while, you will need to fill out spa forms for our records. If you have any questions or inquiries, please ask us. We are happy to help.
If your service requires a robe or gown, it will be provided for you. For body contouring please wear loose clothing. Colon Hydrotherapy will require you to be undressed from the waist down during your service.
Gift Cards are always welcomed and can be used towards your treatment. They will be honored for Spa Services, products, or boutique purchases and are not redeemable for cash. Your Gift Card should be presented at checkout, otherwise, you will be responsible for any charges incurred during your visit. Gift Cards are available for purchase at the front desk or online. Gift cards have to be redeemed within 6 months of purchase.Sub-Headline
We accept cash, all major credit cards, HSA accounts, and Vanity Esteem Gift
Gratuities (or tips) are not included in our prices but are highly appreciated by our staff. The standard gratuity is 15% – 20% of the cost of service provided
We get it. Things come up and stuff happens; however, we do request that you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. This gives us the opportunity to service our waitlist clients. If you must cancel your appointment, cancellations made 24 hours in advance will carry no fee, and your deposit will be applied towards your next scheduled appointment. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 24 hours, your deposit or major credit card will be charged $25 as per the cancellation fee.

The time needed for the service(s) or Spa Package that you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. Individuals with 2 or more cancellation policy violations will be required to pay for their service(s) in full prior to the scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge your credit card or withhold any deposit made if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled in less than the notice required by this Cancellation Policy. Please be advised, any late arrival of 15 minutes or more results in automatic cancellation and forfeit of scheduled service.
We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of your personal items. Any sexual or unethical solicitations are not tolerated and will result in non-completion of your service and could be reported to authoSub-Headlinerities.
